Meet Jordan
Jordan was born and raised in California’s Central Valley, near Bakersfield, where the cowboy way of life still runs deep. Raised around cowhorses, she grew up watching her parents train and show their own cutting horses, gaining an early understanding of what it takes to make a real horse — the kind you have to build from the ground up.
That foundation defines JD Quarter Horses. The program is centered on raising and developing horses from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on, correct structure, and willing minds. Her horses are bred to be useful both in and out of the arena — capable of handling real ranch work while possessing the athleticism and trainability required for high-level competition. JD Quarter Horses is intentional about crossing its mares with the absolute elite of the barrel racing and roping worlds. Each cross is selected to complement ranch-raised fundamentals with proven performance, producing versatile horses designed to excel across disciplines. As a a first generation barrel racer, she brings a competitor’s perspective that supports the program’s goals — breeding horses that can perform at the highest level while remaining true to the love of the cowhorse.
